TTP Issue Board
An Issue Board is a visual tool commonly used in project management and development workflows to track tasks, bugs, and features. It allows teams to organize and manage issues or work items by categorizing them into different stages or columns, such as "To Do," "In Progress," and "Done." Each issue or task is represented by a card that can be moved between columns as its status changes.
Here’s how an Issue Board works:
- Columns (Lists/Stages): Represent the various stages of a workflow, such as "Backlog," "Ready for Review," "Blocked," etc.
- Cards (Issues/Tasks): Individual tasks, bugs, or features that need attention. Each card can contain details like descriptions, assignees, labels, deadlines, and comments.
- Drag-and-Drop Interface: Issues can be easily moved between columns as they progress, providing a visual representation of the team's work in real-time.
